In thinking about the last 25 years of membership in Marketing and Sales Executives of Detroit (MSED), one of the best parts of the experience was working with Ann, Cheryl and the Meeting Coordinators staff. I knew that I could always count on their good judgement, enthusiasm, and commitment to always get the job done on time and within budget. 

Some of my special memories include: 

· Getting the chief economists together to make annual predictions for the first time; 

· Getting the purchasing executives from the Big 3 together in a pane and selling out the 300 seat MSU auditorium; 

· Running new member breakfast meetings to get the new members to join committees; ·Setting a program strategy and completing the speaker schedule before the first September meeting; 

· Supporting our efforts to give scholarships to college students; and 

· Helping us develop relationships with local universities. 

In all of these and many other activities, the Meeting Coordinators team was available with advice, support, hard work and follow-through. I am thankful for all the good things they’ve done for MSED and for me personally.
